We designed and built two Custom In-line NC (Numerical Control) Tack-Up Weld Fixtures for assembling forklift masts. It features eight servo motors for a limitless number of clamping positions to handle any number of various mast types and designs.

This automated palletizing cell handles plastic trays that hold battery cell trays for Electric Vehicles. The rotators move to a predefined position, rotating from 0 to 360 degrees. They also lift up and down to accommodate the welding position of an operator. The exact stopping position can be taught by an operator, and the machine is able to verify its position to ensure safe movement and prevent parts from crashing into the floor. Cylinders clamp the part pneumatically.

Introducing the Custom Designed Jig for Controller Connection! The connector housing, pinch-guard cover, and low-wear part nest block are topologically optimized components that are additively manufactured in-house from ABS. The jig simplifies the programming process; operators place the part into the nest and actuate the handle to plug and unplug.
