NC (Numerical Control) Tack-Up
The NC Mast Tack-up Fixture is a flexible, high-precision, tack-up jig for welding a wide variety of forklift mast types and configurations. Fast, PLC-driven part changeovers provide consistent back-to-back part-type changes to produce a diverse product line. The HMI and ergonomic controls make operation of the jig easy to train, allowing operators to concentrate on fabrication and inspection. Nine Omron 1S servos allow for fine control of an abundance of process parameters.

Battery Tray Cell
This automated palletizing cell handles plastic trays that hold battery cell trays for Electric Vehicles. The cell is fully automatic with pallet detection, a color stripe sensor for tray orientation, and features a Fanuc R-2000iC robot with custom End-of-Arm Tooling to handle the trays.
