Cylinder Head Oiling System

We designed an automatic cylinder head oiling system for DMAX, Ltd. in Moraine, Ohio.

Cylinder heads are inspected and verified using Cognex cameras we installed on DMAX's existing conveyor lines. Once checked, they enter a Fanuc robot cell where it is picked and placed onto our automatic oiling table. 16 individual nozzles automatically spray the inside of the intake and exhaust valve ports with high quality oil. The cylinder head then placed on the adjacent conveyor for valve installation.
