Tight timelines require diligent planning and exceptional attention to detail. Our sales and engineering team answered the urgent call to quote, design, develop and build a new standard control panel to be used by all suppliers for new plant equipment. The specification was no small task, as it would be the standard for all control panels in the plant going forward. Developed completely in-house in coordination with the customer's engineering group, the panels were designed and specified from the ground up within a few weeks, including safety standards, layout and the Dual HMI setup for machine and plant operations.
Once specifications were finalized, parts were ordered in close cooperation with our great local vendors to achieve the desired timeline. We worked with the customer to recommend replacing older, obsolete parts with current, high quality parts that are readily available.
With the parts delivered right on time, our team of skilled wiring technicians jumped to the task, dividing up responsibilities and ensuring quality and consistency between each panel, using procedures learned through our comprehensive training program. We employ and train talent from local trade schools to develop their abilities and expedite their growth into experienced field technicians.
