We're proud to announce this year we entered a strategic partnership with Panasonic to build, wire, and run-off weld cells for Panasonic's top-of-the-line TAWERS Robotic Welding Arms. These robots are known for their high-quality welds with very little spatter.

The cell utilizes 2 Panasonic robots to weld together vehicle exhaust components. The jig for the parts is installed on a turntable that rotates to allow access to all weld points. We also provided the fabricated cell assembly. Our mechanical and controls engineers worked closely with the customer to provide improvements to the cell structures and the cell safety system. The control system for this cell utilized a Mitsubishi MELSEC-Q PLC.
