NC (Numerical Control) Tack-Up

The NC Mast Tack-up Fixture is a flexible, high-precision, tack-up jig for welding a wide variety of forklift mast types and configurations. Fast, PLC-driven part changeovers provide consistent back-to-back part-type changes to produce a diverse product line. The HMI and ergonomic controls make operation of the jig easy to train, allowing operators to concentrate on fabrication and inspection. Nine Omron 1S servos allow for fine control of an abundance of process parameters. Omron safety control and EtherCAT I/O, combined with Keyence light curtains, create a system that is safe, unintrusive, and easy to maintain. This machine is designed and built for longevity and reliability in a harsh welding environment. Weld-safe covers for cables and tubing, cleanly routed under guarding, complete the package.
